Uniform
Daily Attire
Our School Uniform is a visible expression of belonging to the family of St Cuthbert’s. We want to encourage unity and respect amongst our pupils, while keeping them comfortable and our uniform is just one way we do that.
We ask that boys wear:
Grey trousers
White polo shirt with school crest
Maroon sweatshirt with school crest
Grey socks, black shoes/black trainer style shoes
We ask that girls wear:
Grey skirt or grey trousers
White polo shirt with school crest
Maroon sweatshirt or Cardigan with school crest
White socks, black shoes
P.E. and Swimming Kits
We like to carry our uniformity into P.E lessons. Therefore we ask children to wear black or maroon shorts, a white t-shirt, and trainers or plimsolls.
For swimming, pupils may wear swimsuits of any colour. We require everyone to wear swimming caps. Should a child have a verruca on their foot, we ask them to wear a verruca guard sock during swimming lessons. We do not supply these.
Restrictions
For safety reasons children are discouraged from wearing jewellery at school. Though, if they do, we ask that all pupils remove jewellery before P.E. or Games lessons. Watches can be given to the teacher who is in charge of safekeeping.
Purchasing of School Uniform
Our school uniform can be purchased through our online shop. Certain optional items like caps and bags are available in maroon and P.E. kits can be ordered as a bundle for a reduced price.
We recommend that you allow 4 weeks for child’s uniform to be delivered as all garments are processed specifically for each order. Once your order is available, it will be individually bagged and labelled with your child’s name. Delivery is free and you’ll be able to collect your uniform from our school.
